We are a firm of insurance brokers and consultants duly licensed by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) and registered by the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) to transact all classes of insurance business. Our capital base and Professional Indemnity cover are well in excess of the amounts prescribed by statute. We also maintain compliance with regulations relating to the ethics and standards of practice as recognized and stipulated in the relevant laws of Nigeria.

UTIB Insurance Brokers Limited was incorporated in July 1971 and has since then remained a frontline firm of insurance intermediaries, but operating under the name United Pensions Consultants. However, through an acquisition deal in November 1997, which allowed for legal change of name and full transfer of ownership interest, the Board and Management were taken over by a new crop of individuals comprising tested investors and other core professionals who have made their marks in their respective fields of endeavor. Our operations are fully computerized, confirming our resolve to use modern technology to render efficient services.

.Pastor Ituah Ighodalo
Chairman
Pastor Ituah Ighodalo is a Nigerian pastor, popular for founding the Trinity House, Lagos Nigeria. He was an Assistant Accountant Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, Lagos 1982-84. In 1987, Ituah Ighodalo founded Ighodalo & Co.
Pastor Ighodalo trained and qualified as a professional with the firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1986. As former Managing Partner, Ighodalo & Co, Pastor Ighodalo brings to the firm over 36 years of professional experience in Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, Human Resources and Financial Advisory Services. He is an Associate Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM) (1992) and the American Institute of Management. He is also a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Pastor Ighodalo sits on the board 12 non-governmental organizations. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of THE CHRISTIAN NEWS, the TIMELESS Newspaper as well as the TIMELESS BUSINESS &LEADERSHIP QUARTERLY. He also chairs Uni-Courage Web Media Ltd, among other businesses and organisations. Pastor Ituah attended Maryhill Convent School, Ibadan, 1967-72; King’s College, Lagos, 1973-77; International School, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, 1977-79; University of Hull, England, 1979-82; The Redeemed Christian Church of God Bible School, Lagos, 1995.
DR. BAMIDELE AMOS BABADE (mni)

Dr. Bamidele Amos Babade, an indigene of Odi-olowo in Mushin Local Government Area of Lagos State was born on 5th July, 1963 to the family of Mr. and Mrs Babade. He did his primary education at St Thomas Primary School, Akure in Ondo state from 1969-1975), Eko Boys High School, Mushin from 1975 to 1980 where he passed the First School Leaving Certificate. In 1982, he was admitted into CMS Grammar School, Bariga and completed Lower Six in 1983. Between 1983 to 1984, he enrolled into the Polytechnic Ibadan and graduated with a Higher School Certificate (HSC).
He gained admission into the College of medicine, University of Lagos in 1985 and graduated with Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1990. In 2007, he was admitted into the Institute of Development and Administration (IDAN) for a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation and completed the program in 2008. Dr. Babade Bamidele Amos was nominated by Presidency to attend the prestigious Senior Executive Course (SEC) 42, 2020 of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru where he was awarded Member of the National Institute (mni) in November, 2020.
He is married to Mrs Foluke Abiodun Babade and the union is blessed with two lovely children, Tolulope and Jesutofunmi. He currently holds the position of Chief Dental Officer, Medical Diagnostic Department, FCT Health and Human Services Secretariat, Abuja. His hobbies include travelling, football, athletics, reading and

SEGUN JOSEPH AJAYI-KADIR (mni)
Director
Mr Segun Joseph Ajayi-Kadir attended the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria where he acquired a BSc degree in Political Science and Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife where he got his Masters in International Relations.
He is an experienced professional with a career spanning over thirty (30) years in various capacities where he has distinguished himself. Mr Segun Joseph Ajayi-Kadir currently serves either as a Board or Committee member in various places such as Industrial Training Fund Governing Council, Federal Polytechnic Idah Governing Council, Tariff Technical Committee (Federal Ministry of Finance, National Council on African Peer Review Mechanism (NEPAD), Regional Organizing Committee ECOWAS Trade Fair, National Focal Point on Trade Matters, National Employment Council etc. Mr Segun Joseph Ajayi-Kadir is currently the Director-General of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) and he happily married with children
PETER ALETOR
Director
Peter is an accountant by profession and a pioneer staff of Capital Express Securities Limited where he rose to become the Managing Director of the company. He joined Apel Asset Limited in 2008 and has continued to carry out big-ticket transactions for individual and corporate client.
He is an authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Exchange
Group and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has spent his over 20 years career as a Chartered Stockbroker on the floor of The Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX).
He is the Group Managing Director of Apel Asset Limited with an oversight function of the entire organization. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School (LBS) and has attended the Reimagining Strategy Course in Harvard Business School.
ADESUA OLATAWURA
Director
Adesua is a young energetic forward looking entrepreneur and one of the change agent Nigerians in the Diaspora.
Her academic endeavour cuts across different areas including International Business and Management Studies (University of Bradford), Risk Management and Insurance (Bayes Business School). She also holds an MBA from Cardiff University. Adesua is happily married.
FIRAS ABBOUD
Director
Mr Abboud attended Saint Joseph’s School and later proceeded to Notre Dame University for his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. He began his career working for the giant CCIC Qatar on an EPC LNG train project in Ras Laffan.
He then moved to head the mechanical department in T.E.A. Engineering, a Qatar/Lebanon/UAE spread electromechanical design and contracting company with projects in the MENA region. His professional career took him then towards Phoenix Industries, a leading company in electromechanical design and fabrication of heavy industry machines from where he joined SLOK shipping in 2005 as head of
technical department. In 2007 he was promoted to Operations Manager.
He became the Managing Director of the shipping division of SLOK Nigeria Ltd in 2008. As of 2014 Mr. Abboud took over leadership of the Slok Group as Group Managing Director; overseeing activities stretching from Singapore, Lebanon, UAE and West African based operations. The group comprised companies operating in: •Oil and
Gas (Slok Shipping/International), Trading (Slok UAE, Slok Singapore, Slok Nigeria Ltd), Petroleum Tank Farm operations (Slok Energy), Metal Smelting (Neya Nigeria), Banking (FiB Group-presence in five WAF countries), Publishing (The Sun and Daily Telegraph). He is a member of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers.
Gboyega Fatimilehin
Director
Gboyega Fatimilehin started his real estate career as a trainee surveyor. He rose through the ranks of established and reputable firms as an estate surveyor until he cofounded Diya, Fatimilehin & Co. in 1983. The firm has since grown into a leading full service real estate firm with offices in 14 Nigerian cities and in London.
Mr. Fatimilehin serves on the Board of many notable organizations and is a key member of many professional institutions including the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the
Institute of Directors (London).
He is also a Senior Certified Valuer of the International Real Estate Institute (USA) and an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo
University, Ile Ife. Widely read and widely travelled, Mr. Fatimilehin is a firm believer in the transforming power of a good education and a culture of continuous learning for people and organizations. He is happily married and blessed with children
NOMWEN EMEGHALU
Managing Director
Nomwen, who is an indigene of Edo State (Bini), an Ibo woman by marriage (Anambra state),is a dynamic and versatile marketer who has distinguished herself in various sectors of the insurance industry. A multi-disciplinary professional, started her insurance career with Admiral Insurance Company Limited in 1994 after her youth service with
Great Merchant Bank (1993) and rose to become an Acting Branch Manager at Ikeja.
In 1997 she joined Unitrust Insurance Company Limited as a Senior Superintendent in Client Services Department but later returned to Admiral Insurance Company Limited (now under new management) in April 2001 as an Assistant Manager, Marketing. She became the head of Strategic Business Group before joining the dynamic team of Aiico General Insurance Company Ltd as Senior Manager heading the Oil and Gas sector in 2007. In 2010, she joined Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc to start up the Oil and Gas marketing department as an Assistant General Manager and she later became the Deputy General Manager in charge of the Head Office corporate marketing department. In 2019, she joined Newcastle insurance broker now Ridges insurance broker as an Executive Director in charge of operations, a role she played before joining UTIB insurance broker. Nomwen is a degree holder in Biology Education (B.ED) from the University of Benin, an MBA graduate from the University of Port- Harcourt, A Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (FIIN), A Fellow of Risk and Insurance Managers of Nigeria (FRMN), an Associate of the Certified Institute of Pensions (ACIP), Associate of Nigerian council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) and an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM).
A golfer and a committee member of the Ikoyi Club 1938 (lady golf section), a past executive secretary of socials and education committee of the Professional Insurance Ladies Association (PILA), A former editor
of Professional Insurance Ladies Association Magazine. Nomwen has attended several courses, seminars, workshops and conferences in oil and gas insurance, marketing and business strategies, leadership and management, Strategic Marketing Management locally and overseas. She is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (AMP 25). She is happily married to Dr. Henry EMEGHALU and blessed with three children.
